We inform the Users of the site about the management methods regarding the processing of their Personal Data, as prescribed by art. 13 and 14 of the European Regulation n.679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation.

This information fully respects and complies with the Recommendation n. 2/2001, adopted by the European authorities for the protection of personal data gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of directive n. 95/46/CE, on May 17, 2001, to identify some minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data and, in particular, the methods, times, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the connection purposes.

By consulting this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

Please note that the consent mechanisms will be clear, short, and easily understandable; if the original conditions for which consent was requested undergo changes, for example, if the purpose of the data processing changes, further consent will be requested according to the European Regulation n. 679/2016.

It is also specified that all the consents collected will be documented separately, and specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access. The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the corporate headquarters of the Data Controller, at the headquarters of the hosting provider, and the site manager, and is managed only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or potential personnel in charge of occasional maintenance operations, who commit from the outset to comply with European privacy laws and what is reported in this document.

Duration (how long the collected data is processed)

The data is processed for the time necessary to carry out the requested service by the User or required by the purposes described in this document and, in any case, for a maximum of one year from the provision. The User can always request the interruption of Processing or the deletion of the data by contacting the Controller.

The data use will take place by modalities suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality thereof.

Data may be transmitted to third parties in aggregated and anonymous form, or, in case of legitimate request, to the Judicial Authority.

Data voluntarily provided

The personal data voluntarily provided by the User (requests for information, etc.) are used solely to perform the requested service or provision and are communicated to third parties only when necessary to fulfill the aforementioned requests and in compliance with the current privacy regulations and what is reported in this document. Unless otherwise stated, they will not be transferred to third parties.

and also to provide the following services only if requested and with specific consent to be indicated expressly and separately from the prior consent:

Data collected automatically

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time, giving notice to Users on this page. Therefore, please consult this page often, taking as a reference the date of the last modification indicated above. In case of non-acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy, the User is required to cease using the activated services and can request the Controller to remove their Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous Privacy Policy will continue to apply to the Personal Data collected up until that time.
